Nothing new there.
mod_dav_svn need to load alot of SVN libs in order to work.
And these libs need some other libs (some of them)...
It made my head spin when I've tried to avoid editing %PATH%, so then I just
added %SVN%/bin to %PATH% and lefet it this way.
