The entire build process of SlikSVN distribution is part of the SharpSvn sourcecode.

The latest version (which is used for SlikSVN 1.6.6) is in
http://sharpsvn.open.collab.net/svn/sharpsvn/trunk/ (username guest; no password. Or a valid open collabnet account)

After installing the prerequisites (Visual Studio 2005/2008, Python, Perl, NAnt, Subversion client) you can run 'nant build' in trunk/imports/svn-dist to replicate the SlikSvn build. (MSI generation scripts using Wix are in a subdir).

To replicate the exact build you need VS 2008 with all available updates (SP1 + Several security patches).
