Yes, locally the svn protocol works....

Thanks for the hint. I am checking the firewall now. Is there other chance? What is the EXACT syntax should use to access when checking out to repository from remote? I am using:

svn:///testrepo = <svn://> + </ (root)> + <subdir in the root set with sc create command>
