Subversion 1.6.5. It is a file repository. Everything is on the same machine.

My user has read/write privileges to sub folders in the repository. I has these privileges to files within the sub folders:

/conf: read/write
/db: read/write except the "format" file, which is read.
/hooks: read/write
/locks: read/write

The "admin" user has only read access to everything in that folder. I'm not sure what the "admin" user is. My user is a member of the "Administrators" group.
