Serious Problem [Subversion]

Hi Subversion users.

I am with a serious problem of tree conflict (I gess in my repository) and I
can't delete a folder using tortoise.

The message I got when I try to remove using repo-browswer is on the
following link.

The error I get when I try to comiit a deletion (on a cliente) is the one
below:
