Error "Could not read chunk size" when trying to checkout or update

Dear Subversion Users,

When trying to checkout or update, I got this error.

[Error Message]
--------------------------
Error REPORT of '/svn/****/!svn/vcc/default': Could not read chunk size:
Error connection was closed by server (http://****)
--------------------------

The SVN Server's env. is following.

[Environment]
--------------------------
1. Windows XP sp3
2. Apache 2.2
3. Subversion 1.6.5
4. Core2Quad 2.66GHz, 2GB, 500GB * 3 RAID 5
5. # of Repository: 1(10GB, 210,000 files)
6. Users: 5 ~ 15 users simultaneously connected
--------------------------

I administrate 8 SVN Servers, but I've never seen this error before.

To resolve this issue, I tested some case.

1. Network Problem???
- In the words of any person found on Google that this problem would have
occurred with the server is overloaded.
- So I moved the repository to other server(svn dump command)
- This server is accessible only by me
- However, the exact same error occurred.
- Does this result means that the server or network are not cause of the
problem???

2. Damaged File or Repository
- Update a working copy revision by revision
- I found this error occurs in specific files.
- Export the Repository is working properly.
- Does this result means that there are some error on SVN files???

I've searched on the net an in the mailinglist. Some users mention
the problem, but no solution yet.

Does anybody know the meaning of this error message,
and how can i resolve this issue?

Thanks in advance,

Kind regards.
