Cannot load mod_dav_svn.so into server

Hi,

I'm trying to configure apache+subversion for web acces with websvn. However when I uncomment the line:

LoadModule dav_svn_module /usr/lib/httpd/modules/mod_dav_svn.so

in my httpd.config I get the following error when I try to start apache:

Syntax error on line 205 of /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf: Cannot load /usr/lib/httpd/modules/mod_dav_svn.so into server: /usr/local/lib/libsvn_subr-1.so.0: undefined symbol: sqlite3_open_v2

Can someone please point me in the right direction. I have had no luck when googling for this error.
