In the INSTALL file which is in the root of the SVN source is a list of all dependencies.
That would be the authoritative place to check - but for a short-cut,
I would just try uninstalling / reinstalling apr, apr-util and Subversion.

If you have any issues after that - I would try the others listed in the INSTALL file.
