Upgrading Subversion From 1.5.4 to 1.6.3

Hi.
 
I am new with subversion and was task to upgrade our svn from 1.5.4 to
1.6.3. Can anybody help me on how to go about it.
 
I have the following 1.6.3 upgrade files and I kept it my personal
folder in svn:
 
o CollabNetSubversion-client-1.6.3-2.x86_64.rpm
o CollabNetSubversion-exstras-1.6.3-2.x86_64.rpm
o CollabNetSubversion-server-1.6.3-2.x86_64.rpm
 
I use in windows setting were an step-by-step upgrade prompt is on the
screen. What will I do with those files, and how will I used it for the
upgrade? Hope somebody will help me.
