I know what subversion does :) But if good idea working on project and check
project on same server. I need solution for this :) And Site is not
production. :)

I think you are missing what subversion does. You can have any number of
working copies in any locations because it is intended for multiple users
doing
concurrent work. You can edit and commit in any working copy. Then 'svn
update' in any/all of the others and they get a copy of the latest committed

version.
