Newby question about setting up svnsync

Hi,

I have been spending some time setting up subversion and I am very
pleased about it and have decided to trust all my documents etc. to a
svn repository on a RAID1 volume.

Also, I have set up a subversion repo on a remote server and have
prepared svnsync. If I now run the svnsync sync command, everything
seems to work fine. My goal is to make it into a cron job to sync
automatically every hour or so.

With a completely automated svn sync, it would be nice to be able to
inspect a log file (or get one mailed) where I can see how the syncs
are going and if everything has been committed to both repositories in
good order.

Do you have any tips about this subject? How are you handling this?

Cheers,
