"all-wcprops" is not created on build

Hello Everyone,

   I am having an issue of "all-wcprocs" not being generated after the
build completes successfully. The build environment uses Nant which
pulls code files from Subversion to accomplish the build.

The same application build under the same build environment generates
that file at another company. I use 1.6.2 subversion version and the
other company uses a lower version 1.5.7. Could I be missing any
configuration?

Any clue is appreciated.
