svnsync: Error while replaying commit

I'm trying to run an svnmirror on a centos server with subversion 1.6.5. I
created the mirror repository via:
svnadmin --fs-type fsfs --pre-1.6-compatible netrepo

I am mirroring a repository running on a Solaris x86 server with Subversion
1.5.6 in repo format 1.5.

For some reason I'm getting this error during the svnsync:

Copied properties for revision 18923.
svnsync: Error while replaying commit

I tried to start again but with the same results.

Also the transactions are very simple. One file change.

I googled this error message but found very little online regarding this.

Any ideas?
