Subversion show log error

Hi,

I've just downloaded and setup subversion 1.6 and there's an issue when I
try to view the log using tortoise subversion. It generates error
"E:\1.6.5\subversion\tmp\subversion\subversion\libsvn_repos\log.c". I've
tried the svn log command as well but no luck.

I did some research on google and found that other developers are also
experiencing the same problem. This error goes away if we add we give read
permissions to all users (*=read) in "authz" file or don't use the path
based authentication.

Could you please let me know whether this is still an open issue or if
resolved then kindly send me the patch?
