revisions

Hi There

I have created a repository by using svnadmin create. Did a check out of
the Repository in my local machine, added some files and folders to it

The revision showed 3 after the commit. While I browsed the repository
in URL, it showed revision 3, but inside the db/revs folder, the
revision is zero

Could you please let me know what's wrong?
