Problem with installation

Hello,

i have problem with instalation Subversion 1.6.5.
I alway get error message :

configure:27141: WARNING: Python 2.4 or later is required to run the testsuite
configure:27143: WARNING: or to use the Subversion Python bindings
configure:27145: WARNING:
configure:27147: WARNING: If you have a suitable Python installed, but
not on the
configure:27149: WARNING: PATH, set the environment variable PYTHON to
the full path
configure:27151: WARNING: to the Python executable, and re-run configure

can you please help me with this, it's for me very important.
