You have better upstream email filters? You use your email for other
uses, so are more accustomed to a bit of spam in our mailbox? It's not
a subversion issue, it's an email configuration issue, and apparently
a policy of "security by obscurity" Katia was using to protect her
email address. That's understandable but very vulnerable to a single
accidental misposting. (Much like accidentally typing a password
instead of a username and winding up with it in the system logs where
someone with access to backup tapes may abuse it.)
