RE: REMOVE FROM LIST PLEASE!

Thanks for your reply, the information that is published was part of
signature at the end of email and I was not aware that it will be open
mailing list. I do not think if changing my contact information is an
option here.
So I would greatly appreciate if you can still look for a way to remove
it from any possible places!

Thanks,
Katia

So, let me see if I understand you correctly: you published your
contact information on an open mailing list, and are now upset when
the open nature of said mailing list causes your information to be
spread? As a result, you want that information redacted.

I am not familiar enough with the tigris.org system to know whether
individual message removal is possible, but that is not the only place
which archives this list. Even if we could remove the message at
tigris.org
, it would still be available here:
http://news.gmane.org/gmane.comp.version-control.subversion.user
or here: http://svn.haxx.se/users/ or any number of other places.
Such is the nature of an open mailing list.

Given that, my best recommendation would be to install appropriate
filtering software on your email client and phone system, or change
your contact information altogether. In today's world, it's not a
question of if information we become public, but when.

Best,
-Hyrum
