Sure? I think, it uses Major.Minor.Micro.BuildNumber.
We have a product with version "1.2.5.{BuildNumber}", when we try to
install an older version ("1.2.5.{BuildNumber-X}") over the current,
Setup bleats "there is a newer version installed ..." - that was our
reason using the revision number for version number.
