segmentation fault

I am trying to install subversion 1.6.5 on an x86_64 system (Centos 5)
I have done everything with yum.
My problem is that mod_dav_svn
causes my apache server to seg fault.

For now I am using svnserv but I would relly like to user apache for this.

Would anyone have ideas on things to try?
