"Entry Point Not Found" in 1.6.4 from CollabNet

Hi,

I just got the following dialog from CollabNet's 1.6.4 svn.exe client:

"svn.exe - Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point svn_mergeinfo__intersect2 could not be
located in the dynamic link library libsvn_subr-1.dll"

I've install-upgraded from 1.6.2 (I think it was) to 1.6.4 using
the client installer downloaded from CollabNet.

What more info do you need?
