I've been doing some scripting and here's the naming scheme used in my
stuff...

- root (e.g., https://..../regular)
- module
- middle (e.g., TTB, release, whatever)
- tail (e.g., test, qa, prod)

I glue those together (in the script) to get the full Url string. I've
got other stuff going on in the tail - a full tail might look like
test_20090818_1135_jft - and the script has a "find last" option.

The names (root, module, ...) were arbitrary - we're just talking about
pieces of a string and users may or may not conform to the TTB suggestion.
