configure --with-berkeley-db broken [subversion 1.6.4]

The configure option "--with-berkeley-db" remains broken in Subversion 1.6.4 for linux distributions and I believe that my comments regarding this problem in Subversion 1.6.3 are still "pretty much" applicable.
I don't have time for an in-depth investigation right now so I've added the (apr-util) "--disable-util-dso" option to configure (as mentioned in my discussion of the problem in 1.6.3) as a work-around to successfully build Subversion 1.6.4 with BerkeleyDB 4.7 on my systems of interest.
