OK, I googled up something about renaming a repo, and it seems simple
enough (except for the absolute externals, of course)..

But... what if I stayed with the same version of subversion, saved my
recent checkins in the form of diffs, toasted my new repos, copied the
repos again using tar | ssh tar instead of svnadmin dump | ssh
svnadmin load, applied the diffs and checked them in?

That is, is a host to host tar copy of an FSFS repo a good way of
getting exactly the same stuff on another system?
