SQLite error "database disk image is malformed"

From: Ralf Hoffmann <svn_at_tmx.de>

After updating to 1.6.3 I run into serious issues - after a few successful commits the next commit fails with the error message "database disk image is malformed".

The repository itself seems fine (last commit didn't happen). So I suspect that subversion does not actually finds the installed sqlite. Both has been installed (via ipkg)
on a QNAP NAS.

How can I verify if sqlite is found by svn ("looking in the usual places")? Can I create a link somewhere so that svn finds sqlite? The Readme is very scarce re these points.

Thanks for any help!!!
