Set lock by default in Subversion+apache+ssl

Hi everybody,

I´m having a problem to set lock-modify-unlock solution as default in
subversion.
I tried to convince by boss to use copy-modify-merge solution but for now,
it won´t happen. Maybe in a new future.

I saw in some forums that I need to change the enable-auto-props attribute
in config file under each user folder.
But,I´m using apache then, the users only exists in apache.

The user that apaches use to access subverion is wwwrun I think. But in
wwwrun folder, there is no subversion folder and no config file.

How can I make it works?

Thanks,

Alexandre Moraes
