svn export fails to export all

Hi!

Using subversion 1.6.3 on linux 2.6.27.7-9-default (SUSE) and gcc 4.3.2.
Server version: Apache/2.2.10 (Linux/SUSE)
Server built: Dec 3 2008 13:33:50

Using the crontab we are exporting each night for a "nightly build"
the whole sources and since switching to this version we sometimes
fail to export all. Some folders are missing also this folders are
available by the repository. The export is done by URL (svn export
http://.....)

Does anybody have an idea what the problem is?
