Nope. Authentication type is the same.

Subject: Access Denied / PROPFIND

Several users are unable to do a Relocate. When they attempt to do so
they get:

Error: Server sent unexpected return value (403 Forbidden) in response
to OPTIONS

If one goes to the Apache ssl_error_log one finds "Access denied:
useraccount PROPFIND reponame:/"

This is on a recently moved repository. Ownership is apache:apache.

Users can do just about anything else they want (browse repo, commit,
etc.)

Your help is certainly appreciated!

Did you change the type of authentication between the old and new
repositories, such that some users may have different names for the old
versus the new?
