Yes, that's been the case for quite some time. (It's actually ViewVC,
not WebSVN; it's called websvn.kde.org either for historical reasons
(i.e. originally using WebSVN) or because they thought it made more
sense.)

But you're right, it may be worth putting in some filters. I can ping
the appropriate people, if they have the time (which they never do :-)
).
