It appears you are having trouble building the dependencies for
Subversion (not actually Subversion) which is usually the case.

To build Apache in the IDE with newer versions of Visual Studio you
need to run a perl script that tweaks the .dsp files so that they are
compatible with the Visual Studio conversion wizard. It does not
correctly convert them automatically and causes the errors you have
been seeing. There is information about that and more on compiling
Apache for Windows at:
