svnsync: Cannot write to the prototype revision file of transaction

Hi,

I'm trying to use svnsync and get the below error. Is this something that needs to be fixed on the source repository? I'm doing the svnsync on the destination server if that helps.

Copied properties for revision 25067.
Transmitting file data .
Committed revision 25068.
Copied properties for revision 25068.
Transmitting file data .
Committed revision 25069.
Copied properties for revision 25069.
Transmitting file data .
svnsync: Cannot write to the prototype revision file of transaction '25069-jcd' because a previous representation is currently being written by this process

At this point svnsync will not continue.
