You have the source code for your hook script, we do not. Do you need
help finding the line in your script where the diff is performed &
appended to mail body so that you can remove it? That's the first
step.
The second step would be running svn diff --summarize, capturing the
output & appending that to the email. Doing so would be very similar
to the current diff that's done now.
