Subversion itself will not allow you to create a hyperlink to the
repository which shows you a diff. For that, you will a more advanced
repository browser like ViewVC. Alternately, you could save the diff
to the web server separately, and point to that. Or email the diff as
an attachment to the email, instead of in-line in the body.
