pvcs to svn

Hi there

I need help in migrating PVCS repository to svn. I used svn importer
tool, but it did not help me. I ended up with errors, though I have
pcli.exe

I saw pearl script http://markmail.org/message/yz5j4irhia4bqk5t , we
have the PVCS dump and can this pl script will migrate the dumps to SVN,
or do we require direct access to PVCS repository
