Removing "Bad" Revs

I think I've asked this before, but let us ask it again.

We have one person who tried to commit an entire, very large (1+ GB),
project to a multi-project repository (using TortoiseSVN). Because of
space problems the commit failed but we were left with a huge rev file.
Then this person tried it again! Now we have two (2) very large, useless
rev files eating up nearly 2.5 GB of disk space between the two of them.
If we could safely remove those two large files, it would give us some
breathing space while we accomplish the migration to a new SVN machine.
Any suggestions for the SVN admin newbie on how that can be done w/o
doing a dumpfilter?
