I've restarted apache to no avail.

All permissions are correct and set to be read by apache...

P.S. Yep, we're using subversion for development, or at least we have
been using it until this upgrade :-(

Have you restarted apache to make sure the new mod_dav_svn is loaded?

BTW from your address it looks like Marvel comics uses Subversion?
That's so cool! I've read the first 100 issues of Ultimate Spidey in 3
days straight :)
