So can I assume that if I do the following; the repo was moved
successfully?
svnadmin verify repo-name (on serverA)
svnadmin dump (from serverA)
svnadmin load (on serverB)
svnadmin verify repo-name (on serverB)

svndumptool works on dump files, not repositories.
