switch/relocate

Hi there

I use Tortoise SVN to perform switch/relocate operation

When I perform Relocate from different repository to other repository,
end up with the below error

Repository UUID 'caf56641-085b-0410-af7f-ec73cabeaa4c' doesn't match
expected UUID '795542c8-a925-0410-88d3-f2a1649e7bb7'

I know that Relocate is only needed, if the path to a repository has
changed.

Switch is needed, if changing the path inside a repository

The reason for doing switch/relocate is recently I mirrored a repository
from one to other

Could you please let me know the reason behind the error or I am doing
something wrong.
