For the benefit of anyone searching for the error message, it is a
Windows dialog box titled "svnserve.exe - Entry Point Not Found" and
the text reads "The procedure entry point svn_mergeinfo__intersect2
could not be located in the dynamic link library libsvn_subr-1.dll."
