Recovery of a lost repository

We have had an issue that I Am looking for some advice with. Our drive with our repository on it died today. Our backup is a week out of date. I restored from our backup which is revision 3773. The good news is I have the latest version of the source code on my laptop so we have all of our data, the version on my laptop is 3822. My question is how do I go about getting the version on my laptop into the repository. Is there a way to create a patch and bring it up to the lastest. I am ok with losing the history for the last week it would just be nice to be able to continue on from the back and the current rather than just importing my code and losing all the history. I tried doing a Check for Modifications through Tortoise and it said revision 3822 doesn't exist. I would appreciate any advice that people could give.

Thanks,

Jeffrey Haskovec
