Hi,

Let me explain the scenario. I have a repo with over 300+ directories in it. I check out the repository to a location. Now when I commit a new dir to repository and do svn up at my working copy it gives the error. At the same time if I do svn ls http://svn.infoedge.com/svn/Repo it lists down all the contents so I doubt if it has got anything to do with the webserver. Also, at times I get the error

svn: REPORT request failed on '/svn/Repo/!svn/vcc/default'
svn: REPORT of '/svn/Repo/!svn/vcc/default': Could not send request body: Connection timed out (http://svn.infoedge.com)

Is data size also another factor ??

Regards
Himanshu Raina

That looks like an error from a misconfigured web server to me.  Has that
changed since the initial checkout and can you still view that URL with a
browser?   Also, the '!' character is a shell meta-character for some shells and
would have to be quoted on the command line under one of them, but that doesn't
appear to be the problem here.
