How to switch SVN replica to another URL ?

Hello!

I have SVN (DAV) proxy with local mirror made by svnsync.
I have to switch this mirror to use same repo on different URL.
Because it it not a working copy, I can't use 'svn switch' for this.
This is quite big repo, so I'd like to swich it instead of long resync.
