You will get much more assistance if you:
A) Use a more descriptive Subject line
B) Address your email to the appropriate audience.
dev_at_subversion.tigris.org is meant for discussion of Subversion
development, not users. And emailing the lead developer on TortoiseSVN
is not appropriate at all for your request.
C) Outline *in your email* what your issues are. Many people will not
or cannot open a Word document, for a variety of reasons (some may not
even get the attachment.
D) If your issues aren't inter-related, separate posts for each issue.
E) Indicate what testing & research you've done on your own before
giving up & posting to the list.
