Importing with TortoiseSVN and Subclipse

I finally managed to get my SVN up and running. I can connect with
TortoiseSVN and Subclipse. But when I do imports, it ends up dropping
everything in the base repo dir. I'd like to set things up the way it
recommends in the SVN book, but I'm not sure how to do that with TortoiseSVN
and Subclipse.

How do I do my initial imports from my Eclipse(and other) projects so that I
have a trunk/branches/tags structure in SVN? Do I have to do the import the
way they default handle it, and then move things in SVN to have the
structure I want?

Also, how do y'all lay out Eclipse projects in SVN? Do you just check in
the src, or the WebContent and lib jars as well?

TIA.
