I only noticed this after I posted -- this is obviously the version for
a 64-bit Linux. If you want a 32-bit version, you can find it on this
page:

http://dag.wieers.com/rpm/packages/rpmforge-release/

There also appear to be versions specifically tailored for Fedora on
that page, so you may be better getting from there in the 64-bit case as
well.
