Re: svn: error while loading shared libraries: libpq.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I have having the exact same issue with subversion on bluehost.
They did a upgrade of postgresql, cpanel, and apache recompilation today and
I just started getting this error message.
 
Could you guys point me in the right direction to get this apt-util conflict
resolved?
