svnmucc - Server sent unexpected return value (403 forbidden)

I want to use the svnmucc put command to add a certain file directly into the
subversion repository.

This is the command which I try to execute:

svnmucc put -u <userid> -p <password> c:\_composer\_config\version.txt
http://hdssafesrv01.intranet.company.nl:8080/composer/kernel/ontwikkelen/pvmeta/pv50/

But this command is given the following result:

svnmucc: Server sent unexpected return value (403 Forbidden) in response to
MKACTIVITY request for
'/composer/!svn/act/f541d150-f642-ca43-b754-209376b9351e'

Does somebody know what is going on? I certainly use the correct username
and password.
