post-commit setting reply-to properly

I KNOW I've read this somewhere but I can't find it now.

My svn server and client are this version: version 1.5.0 (r31699)

I have created the /etc/svn-auth-file which contains all my users.

What I want to do is have my post-commit script set the reply-to email
address to the person that committed the file.

If someone can point me to the proper documentation I'd truly appreciate it.
