Need minimal read-only subversion.conf for HTTPD 2.x on RHEL

Good morning, folks:

There are many, many, many published notes and versions of
configuration files for Apache and HTTPD that allow no authentication
access to Subversion repositories, but I'd like to have a clean,
minimal privilege /etc/httpd/conf.d/subversion.conf file for RHEL that
allows non-authenticated only, read-only access to an FSFS based
Subversion repository. That's *all*. Write access is restricted to SSH
access only.

I'm working with Subversion 1.6.2, from RPMforge, on RHEL 5.

What is the minimal subversion.conf to restrict HTTP to read-access
alone? And, in fact, would this be a good entry to put in the
published subversion.conf as an example?
