What were the commands you were typing? Can you paste them to here? You
looked at the dumpfile and you saw stuff there? It should start with
something about an SVN-fs-dump-format-version followed by a UUID.

And remember, when you do svnadmin load, you use < to feed the file you
want to load. So:

svnadmin load myrepo < data.dump

NOT

svnadmin load myrepo data.dump
